OUR PROJECTS
Each project at Teichmeier Design + Build begins with understanding that home is a place to be created. Each home design has the opportunity to welcome other's into our lives, bring families together, and lend to an active way of life.
Lake Parke is a curated community offering independence and assistance to seniors in the heart of Camdenton MO. This development is our passion project, as we seek to enrich the lives of the residents who call Lake Parke home.
Let us design and build your custom home on one of our estate lots within the gated golf community of Old Kinderhook. These lots offer privacy and unparalleled views while being located in one of the Lake's most sought after communities.
More projects are in the works and will be announced very soon. To stay notified of upcoming developments make sure to follow us on Instagram.
